No impressions, no waiting, no second appointments. Unlike other restorative methods, with CEREC the procedure is carried out in a single appointment - from start to finish. Using strong, tooth coloured ceramic materials to restore your teeth to their former glory. The ceramic restorations are chemically bonded to your tooth so as to save as much healthy tooth tissue as possible. Employing the latest digital technology, an optical impression and a digital picture is taken of the prepared tooth using 3D software, which then coverts it into a three dimensional virtual model. The dentist designs the restoration, clicks a button and the data is sent to a small, separate milling machine. This will contain a ceramic block of material that matches your tooth shade. In just 10 minutes your new tooth is finished and ready to bond into place.
